Web Designers and Developers Accessibility Standards

Two important guidelines that address the important issues of authoring tools and user agents to support web design and content rendering are of equal importance. The Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG 2.0)[27] has two parts; the first is designated for authors with disabilities, while the second part is to ensure web accessibility designed for all authors. The User Agent Accessibility Guidelines (UAAG) 2.0[28] guides developers to design web content rendered in web-browsers or by audiovisual players and e-readers.
